When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address, the services you choose, and any notes you add. We also keep a record of your booking and the deposit you pay.

How we use it

• To manage and confirm your appointment
• To take your deposit and keep payment records
• To send you booking confirmations and contact you about your visit
• To run and improve the salon’s services

Our lawful basis is our agreement with you (to provide the booking you requested) and our legitimate interest in running the salon.

Payments

Deposits are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

Where your information is held

Your booking details are stored securely in our database, and confirmation emails are sent through our email provider. We only share your information with the providers needed to run the booking and payment service (such as PayPal for payments and our email and hosting providers). We do not sell your information to anyone.

Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use a single essential cookie only, to let salon staff log in to the private admin area.

Keeping your information

We keep your booking and payment records for as long as we need them to manage your appointments and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete them.

Your rights
